    We currently ship within Canada. If your location is not listed, please contact us for further assistance.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

 

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $20, depending on your region.

Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method. Typical delivery estimates are:

    For orders shipped outside of Canada, additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by JC Golf Balls.
    International shipments may experience longer delivery times due to customs clearance procedures.

    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed deliveries, or other reasons, we will notify you. You will have the option to reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply) or request a refund (minus the original shipping fees).
